Your week, planned around the game

Elite teams name every day by its distance from the match. MD is match day, MD-2 is two days before. We plan your seven days the same way, so you arrive sharp.

  2. MondayMD-5Strength
  3. TuesdayMD-4Club training
  4. WednesdayMD-3Short speed session
  5. ThursdayMD-2Club training, controlled load

Example: Saturday match with club training on Tuesday and Thursday. This is a starting point. Use the Playbook to adjust the week based on club training, minutes played and how you are feeling.

Inside the Playbook

Everything above in one guide, written the way elite environments plan a week and scaled for players with jobs, studies and club schedules.

Your training dashboard

The free dashboard is yours to keep: a spreadsheet that fills in your week and tracks sessions, effort (RPE) and readiness. Everyone who signs up gets this same version.

The same template, adjusted to you

The Playbook shows you how to adapt each week. A player who played 90 minutes on Saturday keeps Sunday to recovery only. A player who sat on the bench adds a short top-up session instead. Your effort scores and readiness check tell you which one you need.

How the free pilot works

Everyone who signs up is part of the pilot. You get the Playbook and dashboard free, use them for a few weeks, and tell me honestly what works and what doesn't.

Four things the Playbook covers

Strength

Build strength, power and resilience with sessions that leave your legs fresh for football.

Conditioning

Develop the running fitness football asks for: repeated sprints, intervals and an aerobic base.

Matchday planning

Structure every week around fixtures, club training and recovery.

Nutrition

Fuel training, matches and recovery, with simple rules for every kind of day.

Who it is for

Players who want to step up a level: non-league, semi-pro, academy-age and serious amateurs who train and play every week and want a proper plan.

If you want to be fitter, sharper and more consistent on the pitch, this is for you.
